Payment & Shipping

All cans are packed 24 pieces per tray – the trays have a cardboard base which is bent up 50mm on the side. A tray measures (W x L x H) 215 mm x 326 mm x 140 mm for 250 ml cans or 115 mm for 200 ml cans and is finally covered with shrink wrap.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the store based on weight and distance, so the exact shipping costs are only visible in the shopping cart after you have used the tool »ESTIMATE SHIPPING AND TAXES«. Currently, shipping costs can be calculated for Germany and Austria in our store. We can also ship our products to all other European countries; please send us an appropriate request by mail. We will provide you with an attractive shipping offer as soon as possible.

 

Delivery by freight carrier

Usually, your beverage cans are delivered by freight in trays (on EU pallets). A delivery ramp or lifting platform is required for acceptance. Shipment tracking is not possible with freight delivery. If the goods cannot be received, the second delivery incurs additional costs.

 

Delivery by DHL

We deliver all product samples and additional items by DHL in boxes. You can track your package online using DHL shipment tracking. You will be provided with the package slip number in the shipping notification. In addition, you can retrieve the package slip number in your customer account. To do this, open the respective order in your customer account under "My Orders" and click on "Delivery Slips" – the associated package slip number will be displayed. Clicking on the package number will take you directly to DHL's shipment tracking. Delivery to parcel stations is not possible.

 

Is self-pickup possible?

Yes, self-pickup is possible at our factory during opening hours and by appointment. Please note that without receipt of payment and its confirmation and without the receipt of a pickup voucher from the company ICEERGY – Christian Gnoth, no items will be issued. The pickup voucher will be sent to you by email after full payment and confirmation of self-pickup.

Attention: Cash payment upon pickup is "not" possible! Pickup without appointment confirmation is "not" possible! Pickup/release without a valid pickup voucher and our release is "not" possible! Pickup without an authorization from the buyer is "not" possible!
