Order process

1. Shopping Cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in the cart. You can change this selection at any time before submitting your order by adjusting the number of products, by clicking the "Remove" box to delete the selection, or by canceling the ordering process. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you move on to the next step of the order process.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise, please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Privacy Policy). There will be no other use or disclosure to third parties. Once logged in, you can now select the shipping method. Clicking the "Continue" button takes you to the next step.

3. Check Invoice Address / Choose Payment Method

Now, check your billing address and specify your desired payment method. By clicking "Continue", you proceed to the next step.

4. Check Shipping Address / Choose Shipping Method

Now, check your shipping address and specify your desired shipping method. By clicking "Continue", you proceed to the next step. Shipping costs for Germany and Austria can currently be calculated in our shop. Shipping to all other European countries is also possible; please send us an appropriate request by email. We will promptly provide you with an attractive shipping offer.

5. Complete the Order / T&Cs, Privacy Policy, and Consent to Product Labeling According to Legal Requirements

You will get an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Please verify that all details are correct and carefully read the Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation Policy, and the Consent to Product Labeling According to Legal Requirements. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the T&Cs, Cancellation Policy, and the Consent to Product Labeling (check the box). By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you send your order to us, thereby placing a legally binding order.
