With the new packaging law effective January 1, 2019, the obligation to collect and take back deposits was extended to the beverage groups carbonated fruit and vegetable nectars (e.g. fruit spritzers).
Notice
Tonic drinks should not be drunk during pregnancy as the child can become dependent on quinine, which becomes apparent after birth through severe withdrawal symptoms. Quinine can also induce labor as it has a uterine-stimulating effect.
According to the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment, patients with tinnitus should also avoid large amounts of drinks containing quinine. If you are hypersensitive, even small amounts of quinine can cause a wide variety of reactions, such as gastrointestinal or neurological disorders - such as visual disturbances and confusion.
